Licenses and Acknowledgements
The licences for third-party data and components are separate from the licence for the Kilogram application. Notices about the app's own code, website design, or branding do not remove rights granted under those third-party licences.
Open Food Facts data
The Open Food Facts database is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Individual contents are available under the Database Contents License (DbCL) 1.0.

The version used by Kilogram and the download of the derivative catalogue with its accompanying notices are listed on the Data Sources page. This licence information concerns food data; it does not grant a licence to the entire Kilogram app or its icon.
USDA data
FoodData Central is provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. USDA publishes the data as public-domain information under CC0 1.0. See FoodData Central and the dataset information used by Kilogram.
Kilogram catalogue
The provenance of the developer-maintained Kilogram catalogue is described under Data Sources. Neither the OFF licence nor the USDA CC0 notice is a blanket licence for every source or material used in the app.
Application licence and questions
The application uses Apple's Standard EULA. Separate licences applicable to third-party materials continue to apply to those materials.
