Kilogram is developed by Rinat Abidullin.
Reporting a problem
Describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Kilogram version, and a screenshot with unnecessary personal details removed can help.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary health information. You do not need to attach your complete diary for a general question. If a diagnostic file is useful, review it before choosing to share it.
Pro access and earlier purchases
In Kilogram, open Settings → Kilogram Pro → Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. The earlier FoodDiary Pro / Remove Ads purchase can also provide Lifetime Pro access when eligible and not revoked. Contact support if expected access is still missing before making another purchase.
Purchase restoration restores eligible paid access; it does not restore a deleted local diary.
Canceling a subscription
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions. Select the Kilogram subscription and follow Apple's cancellation controls. Apple's guide covers other devices and missing subscriptions.
Deleting the app, switching devices, or sending an email to support does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription. Lifetime does not itself renew; check separately for any existing subscription.
Requesting a refund
Use Apple's refund process for purchases billed by Apple. Approval and timing are determined by Apple and applicable consumer rights, not by a promise on this support page.
Apple Health and earlier entries
In Kilogram, open Settings → Apple Health → Automatic transfer. Use Connect to request access, and Apple Health or system settings to manage permissions. This feature does not require Pro. Enabling or re-enabling transfer can process existing diary history, including migrated FoodDiary entries and future-dated entries, and update the app's earlier nutrition records.
Disabling transfer does not remove records already in Apple Health. Removing the app does not remove them automatically either. Manage those records separately in Apple Health. Transfer depends on permissions and when the app can run; continuous background transfer is not guaranteed.
Exports, deletion, and privacy
Open Settings → Data export → My data — CSV/JSON · Free to save a portable copy. PDF diaries and reports are marked Pro. The app does not currently import these files or restore a full backup from them. Copies saved or sent elsewhere remain separate from the diary.
Use the diary’s editing controls to remove entries. Custom products and recipes are available under Settings → Manual nutrition and Settings → Recipes. Settings → Clear Recent Products clears the recent-products list, not the diary. There is no single in-app control that erases every local copy; migration copies and technical history can remain. Before deleting the app, make any copies you need: support cannot recover a diary that was stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the distinctions between app storage, Apple Health, backups, and support correspondence.
Incorrect food values
Send the product name, the catalogue shown in the app, and the value that appears incorrect. A short transcription or relevant part of the package label can help; do not include unrelated personal information. See Data Sources for the origins of the catalogues.
